SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 3 -7 business days from when the order was placed. If your order was placed on the weekend, it will not ship until the next business day. 

 

We use ground shipping as our preferred service, to give you the consumer the most reliable and economical way in receiving our products. Packages take normally 5-10 days from the day it was purchased to arrive at your door. If you have an additional questions about shipping please send us a message using our contact page. 

RETURNS

If you would like to return an item you have bought from us, you may do so up to 15 days from when it was purchased. We do not accept any opened or used products.

Shipping cost will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for the cost of the returned shipping. 

Damaged or otherwise comprised products may be returned or exchanged. Once the product is received, we will work to complete the exchange as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS

If applicable, once we receive the return and it has been inspected, we will send you an email to confirmed that we have received your returned item.

 

We will notify you as well, if your refund has been accepted or rejected. If your refund is accepted please allow up to 7 days to appear on the account in which the original form of payment was made.
